Melissa Joan Hart, was looking vibrant and happy in US weekly's July 22nd issue! The beautiful dress custom designed by Stephanie Carter of Judith March, was decorated in gorgeous coral flowers and accented with a turquoise brooch. Melissa paired a classic one shoulder style with nude Louboutins! LOVE IT! Can't wait to hear what she's having! The Talk on CBS predicts it's a girl! :)
